Hello! I'm Kerosene, the creator of The Aphelion Project. I'm primarily an animator and VArtist, but dabble in other crafts and hobbies as well. You can take a look at the pages above for examples of my art, commission pricing, and information about VTuber models. Please understand that as of right now, I am only taking commissions through VGen. This is to streamline my work process and offer my services to you more efficiently. By commissioning me or purchasing from me in
any way, you agree to these terms, and if broken, accept
that you will be blacklisted from any art or designs
of mine, and could possibly result in legal action being taken.
Do not claim any artwork or designs that I have made as your own creation.
Unless we have discussed otherwise, do not turn my artwork into a product for sale or profit from it in any way (excludes designs for characters and VTuber model art). I provide separate prices for the commercial use of my artwork.
Do not use my artwork or designs for any NSFW or explicit content.
Once I have sent a progress shot of your commission and you confirm it, I will not make any major changes without an extra fee being charged.
Never remove my signature from my work, and be sure to credit when reposting.
I have the right to decline any commission I feel I cannot provide. If I cannot draw your character or request, I will ask if you'd like something else.
If asked for a refund, I will not give a full refund for any work already started. Refunds will be calculated based on how much progress has been made on the art. Please see the chart below for more details.
For refunds regarding payment plans, I will not refund the installments you have already paid. I will, however, refund the inital guarantee payment and void any other owed payments.
I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON VTUBER MODELS.
Please ask before using any artwork you have not personally commissioned for a public profile, such as banners or profile pictures. Do not use artwork commissioned by other people.
In terms of commercial pricing fees, you can use this chart for reference of what to expect based on what you're commissioning.VTuber models, stream overlays/schedules, and emotes already have their commercial pricing in the pricing sections, so there's no need to worry about those.
